For health reasons, a change may not be accepted on products that have been tested or opened and belong to the following product groups:
- Women’s underwear
- Men’s underwear
- Socks – Tights
Product returns are accepted in specific cases and specifically:
- The products you have received have a defect or are of poor quality with a proven fault of our store.
- The case in which you received the wrong product through Unicorn’s fault.
In the above cases the customer can return the products, but this must be done within (7) seven calendar days from the day of receipt. The products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, complete, without damage, in their packaging, and the Barcode tags must be returned in their original condition accompanied by all the documents and the original purchase documents. In case the return is not made within the time period provided or some of the return conditions are not met, Unicorn has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement.
In case the conditions are met and the product return is accepted, the customer is entitled to receive a credit note for the purchase of another product / products of equal value. In case the payment was made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and a corresponding update (credit) of his credit card will be made.
For any change, the customer is charged only with the shipping costs while unicorn-underwear.gr is charged with the cost of returning the products to the customer.
